Return Policy 

At Lellety, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items with make-up stains, perfume scent, or any form of damage will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount including the original shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days.

Khimars and head coverings can only be returned if they are unworn and unused, due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are excluded from returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address in the e-mail you receive when you contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
